Accredited Centres
Cycling Scotland are currently working with cycling projects to develop a programme of accredited cycling centres that can deliver cycle instruction locally.
Often these projects are local cycling projects that offer other services such as maintenance and repair or guided rides. An example of such a project is the Bike Station in Edinburgh.
Through our Go Mountain Bike programme we have been accrediting outlets who use qualified mountain bike instructors to deliver this exciting new 5 level mountain bike proficiency scheme. You can view a list of Go MTB Centres here
Additionally Cycling Scotland have supported local projects through the Community Cycling Innovation Fund, you can view case studies online and our Cycle Friendly Employer and Cycle Friendly School Award programmes.
We also support a network of independent instructors with our instructor training programmes. You can view a list if qualified instructors here
