Case Studies
This section contains case studies from a variety of organisations which highlight how they encourage cycling to work, all of which have been accredited as Cycle Friendly Employer’s.
Cycling Scotland have also worked in partnership with Paths to Health and Sustrans to create an Active Travel case study booklet - ‘Moving towards improved health and a better environment’
Promoting active travel to and from work is an ideal way to increase physical activity in the workplace and help meet the criteria needed to gain your Healthy Working Lives Awards. This booklet contains case studies from businesses and organisations across Scotland, highlighting the initiatives that they have introduced to get their workforce more active and reduce their environmental impact.
