Access officers, long distance route managers, cycling officers and anyone involved in active travel or outdoor access development and management in Scotland are invited to attend the following events, organised as part of the SATIN network.
Devon Way – Demonstration Project – Winter Site Visit and Review of Maintenance Regimes, Thursday 27th February 2014, Alloa, Clackmannanshire
Cycling Scotland is delivering a good practice event to raise awareness of current guidance on developing maintenance regimes for shared use paths in Scotland. This event will include a site visit to assess the surfacing on the Devon Way and the impact of three years use on the four different surfaces.

British Horse Society Scotland is delivering two technical equestrian access events to increase awareness and understanding of path surfaces and related structures from an equestrian perspective.
