Free Cycle Ride Leader training for employees across Scotland
Cycling Scotland has partnered with NHS Health Scotland to offer free Cycle Ride Leader training to employees across Scotland.
Training is offered to those who can commit to at least three rides per year lasting at least 30 minutes. There is no maximum to the number of rides you organise – the more the better!
The benefits of cycling are many – increased fitness, improved general health, weight loss, reduced stress and money saving.
Whether you organise a slow, moderate or fast paced, whether it’s for beginners, to get to know your colleagues or for those looking for a challenge, it’s still 30 minutes of exercise and that’s great.

Tell us how many rides you organise, how many colleagues attend and how long you cycled for and you could be in the running for some great prizes.
The more Workplace Social Rides you organise, the better the rewards you will receive.
