Cycling Scotland is proud to present Essential Cycling Skills (ECS) – a suite of resources to help boost the confidence of those new to or returning to cycling and give them the necessary skills to negotiate on-road journeys. This includes the ECS app for Apple and Android, three short videos and a downloadable ECS Quick Guide.
ESSENTIAL CYCLING SKILLS COURSES
Essential Cycling Skills is a two and a half hour session that will support you to develop::
- Bike handling skills
- Confidence on-road
- Road side repair knowledge
