Cycling Scotland offer a range of instructor and staff training courses which include cycle training, cycle ride leadership, police cycle patrol and cycle patrol for parks and countryside.

Cycling Scotland have recently produced a fantastic new guide listing a variety of courses for all ages and abilities. Whether you want to take your stabilisers off, or to become an accredited Cycle Tutor teaching future instructors, we have the course for you. Our new guide gives an overview of each of our courses, including duration, costs and any conditions for entry you might need.

Cycle training makes a difference. A recent survey by Cycle Training UK suggest that 80% of trainees felt the training made them more confident.

Currently Cycling Scotland are developing a network of accredited centres and tutors for the local delivery of cycle training, instructor training and other courses.

You can contact Cycling Scotland for advice on all aspects training and education for cycling. Additionally our staff can advise on developing programmes to meet your own specific needs. Our staff have considerable experience in writing and delivering courses in mountain bike leadership, police cycle-training, on road cycle training and cycle coaching and more.
