Cycling Scotland has played a key role in developing and progressing the Cycling Action Plan for Scotland (CAPS).


National Assessment of Local Authority Cycling Policy

Cycling Scotland conducts the National Assessment of Local Authority Cycling Policy.  The reports result from feedback from local authorities on progress on developing, implementing and monitoring cycling policies.
